Abstract
El discurso docente en la enseñanza de la Historia implica una ardua responsabilidad porque,
partiendo de éste, se elabora la representación de distintos escenarios que tienen como intención
favorecer el proceso formativo de los estudiantes. La investigación, tuvo un enfoque cualitativo
abarcando a un grupo de 4 profesores (12 clases), se recopilaron datos a través de la técnica de
observación, utilizando adicionalmente una lista de cotejo, una entrevista de corte semi-estructural, y
el registro de clases grabadas, que luego fueron analizadas con la ayuda del programa Atlas.Ti. Por ende,
el siguiente trabajo buscó aproximarse a cómo se está llevando el discurso docente en la enseñanza de la
Historia en estudiantes de 4to año de Educación Media General del estado Mérida.
