Abstract
El presente artículo, busca mostrar la interacción existente entre docente principiante, programa de inducción y mentor, como aspectos fundamentales de las políticas formativas que se adelantan en el contexto educativo de Republica Dominicana, analizando aspectos que se pueden considerar evaluativos, debido a la carencia de datos oficiales que permitan hablar de un marco evaluativo oficial del programa; tomando elementos reflexivos y datos de investigaciones particulares, que permitan tener un marco referencial general del programa de inducción República Dominicana en favor del sistema educativo nacional.

Resumen en otro IdiomaThis article presents, seeks to show the existing interaction between teacher, induction program and mentor, as fundamental aspects of the training policies that are advanced in the educational context of the Dominican Republic, analyzing aspects that can be considered evaluative, due to the lack of data. officials that allow us to speak of an official evaluation framework of the program; taking reflexive elements and data from particular investigations, which allow having a general frame of reference of the incentive program of the Dominican Republic in favor of the national educational system.
