Abstract
Este artículo trata de manera particular sobre la toma en 1969 de la Escuela de Sociología y Antropología, y cómo fue el desarrollo e interrupción de la Renovación Académica en esta dependencia de la Universidad Central de Venezuela. Se analiza la participación de los estudiantes, profesores, empleados y movimientos estudiantiles y políticos en este proceso de renovación universitaria, no solo de la Escuela de Sociología y Antropología sino también de la UCV y Venezuela.
