Résumé
La presente investigación muestra la
organización de la Red Socialista de
Innovación Productiva de Turismo del
municipio Rafael Rangel del estado
Trujillo. Mediante un análisis FODA, se
encontró como fortalezas: los productores
con talento, experiencia profesional,
participación social, compromiso y
disposición de trabajar, elementos que
facilitarían un mejor funcionamiento
de la Red. Entre las debilidades están:
falta de promoción del Desarrollo Local
Sostenible, debilidades en la organización,
comunicación y autogestión, falta de
reglamento interno, de educación
ambiental, entre otras. Considerando
los hallazgos se recomienda realizar la
planificación de actividades enfocada en el
Desarrollo Local Sostenible valorando los
aspectos socioeconómicos, la promoción
de la cultura y el buen uso de los recursos
naturales del Municipio Rafael Rangel.

| Resumen en otro Idioma | This paper shows the results of the study carried out about the Socialist Network of Productive Innovation of Tourism Rafael Rangel, in the towns of Isnotú and Betijoque of the Rafael Rangel municipality of Trujillo State. Accordingly, this included the organisation of the network, and their characteristics as a public policy to support the socio-productive capacities of communities. Among the results of the research, talented producers, professional experience, social participation, commitment and willingness to work are revealed as strengths; elements that would facilitate a better functioning of the network. Weaknesses include: lack of promotion of sustainable local development, organizational, communicational and self-management deficiencies, lack of internal regulation and of environmental education, among others. Considering the findings, it is recommended to carry out activity-planning focused on local sustainable development, assessing the socio-economic aspects, the promotion of culture and the good use of the natural resources of the Rafael Rangel municipality. |
