Las Constituciones venezolanas de 1811 y 1819: lectura y valoración desde la Filosofía de Arturo Roig

Abstract
En este trabajo se plantea una mirada valorativa sobre las dos primeras
constituciones venezolanas y una lectura americanista del Discurso de Angostura
y del proyecto constitucional bolivariano; mirada y lectura orientadas por el
pensamiento del filósofo argentino Arturo Andrés Roig. Se valora el cambio que
se produce de la Constitución de 1811 a la de 1819. Esta última es una propuesta
que parte del análisis de la realidad histórica concreta del ser americano, lo
que Roig define como expresión de Autoconocimiento, el cual ha de basarse en
el estudio y el conocimiento de la propia historia. También es un proyecto
realizado por y para un ser histórico que se reconoce como valioso; por lo cual
ya está presente un sentido de Autovaloración; sentido que, además, piensa una
vida que se tiene como mejor, lo cual significa un proceso de Autoafirmación. Es
un cambio que se produce del no ser (americanos) al ser valiosos para nosotros
mismos, experiencia y concepción vitales para la formación del sujeto histórico
latinoamericano. Entendemos que esta concepción ya estaba presente en la
propuesta bolivariana de Constitución de 1819.

| Resumen en otro Idioma | In this work appears a look on the first two Venezuelan constitutions and an americanist reading of Discurso of Angostura and of the bolivarian constitutional project; orientated by the thought of the Argentine philosopher Arturo Andrés Roig. There is valued the change that produces to itself from the Constitution of 1811 to that of 1819. The latter is an offer that departs from the analysis of the historical concrete reality of the American being, which Roig defines as an expression of self-knowledge, which has to be based on the study and the knowledge of the own history. Also it is a project realized for and for a historical being who is recognized like valuably; for which already a sense of Autovaluation is present; felt that, in addition, he thinks a life that is had like better, which means a process of Autoaffirmation. It is a change that takes place of not to be (americans) to the being valuable for us themselves, vital experience and conception for the formation of the historical Latin-American subject. We understand that this conception already was present in the offer bolivarian Constitution of 1819. |
