Resumen en otro Idioma | In order to evaluate the Apparent Fecal Digestibility (AFD) in pigs for the by products from the dry–corn-milling know as “Hulls Corn” (HC), an experiment was designed with arrangement factorial of treatment, where we added to a basal diet two levels (20 and 40%) of HC without hydrolyze, HC treated with alkali reaction (HA), HC hydrolyzed with exogenous enzime Termamyl® (amylase) + Avizyme® (xylanase, protease and amylase) (HEA), HC treated with the same exogenous enzime and use one more enzyme Ceremix® (HEAC) (amylase, glucanase and protease). and also a witness, using four (4) repetitions for each one. The result were for the AFD of dry matter (DM) for the basal diet was more elevated 86.3 % (P< 0.05) with no difference to HC treated with HEAC and 40% (85.0%). For the organic material (MO) the higher AFD was in the basal diet (89.3%) and were not any difference with the diet of HC treated at 40% (87.7%). The basal diet for energy show the more elevated % 86.3 with no difference with the diet of HEAC 40% (85.5%) for the MO AFD higher occurs in the basal diet 89.3% and didn’t present any difference with the diet of TG treated with HEAC and 40% (85.5%). The result suggests that the enzymatic treatment had an important effect over the fraction less digestibility of TG by the rupture linkage lowing the non-nutritional effects of non starch polisaccharide. Therefore is possible the use of HC in a 40% with enzymatic treatment (HEAC). |
