Culture of the mycelial phase of the dimorphic Blastomyces dermatitidis growing at room temperature. Macroscopical aspect of the colony. In the yeast-like phase of this dimorphic fungus the round fungus cells show a diameter up to 25 µ and occur in the human and animal tissue, that means at higher temperatures.
