Resumen
El estudio se centra en analizar las causas, consecuencias y posibles estrategias de
intervención a la negativa desafiante, la agresividad y el bullying en el ámbito
universitario. El objetivo de la investigación es optimizar estrategias de
intervención efectivas para abordar la negativa desafiante en el contexto
universitario, Utilizando una metodología de revisión sistemática de la literatura, se
identificaron diversos factores individuales, familiares y contextuales que
contribuyen a estos comportamientos. Los resultados revelan la necesidad de un enfoque
integral que combine intervenciones psicológicas, educativas y sociales. Además,
explora la naturaleza de la agresividad, destacando su carácter aprendido y la
influencia del entorno social en su desarrollo. Se subraya la importancia de la
inteligencia emocional y la gestión de las emociones para prevenir y abordar estos
comportamientos. Además, se analiza el papel del bullying en el contexto escolar, sus
consecuencias a largo plazo y la necesidad de implementar programas de prevención e
intervención. La investigación enfatiza seriamente en la importancia educativa como la
herramienta para transformar la realidad y promover valores como la empatía, el
respeto y la tolerancia.

| Resumen en otro Idioma | The study focuses on analyzing the causes, consequences and possible intervention strategies for defiant refusal, aggressiveness and bullying in the university environment. The objective of the research is to optimize effective intervention strategies to address defiant refusal in the university context. Using a systematic literature review methodology, various individual, family and contextual factors that contribute to these behaviors were identified. The results reveal the need for a comprehensive approach that combines psychological, educational and social interventions. In addition, it explores the nature of aggressiveness, highlighting its learned nature and the influence of the social environment on its development. The importance of emotional intelligence and emotion management is highlighted to prevent and address these behaviors. In addition, the role of bullying in the school context, its long-term consequences and the need to implement prevention and intervention programs are analyzed. The research seriously emphasizes the educational importance as the tool to transform reality and promote values such as empathy, respect and tolerance. The need for inter-institutional collaboration between parents, educators and health professionals is highlighted to effectively address these problems. |
