| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación analiza el nivel de compromiso con la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial de las empresas de turismo marino. Se estudian los impulsores y las barreras que facilitan o limitan que estas empresas pongan en marcha acciones socialmente responsables. Se elaboró un cuestionario dirigido a los responsables de las empresas del sector y se diseñó un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales. Los resultados muestran un nivel relativamente alto de compromiso con la RSE. Los impulsores se sitúan por encima de la media, excepto la exigencia o presión de las empresas-clientes, la presión social y la reducción de costes e incremento de ingresos, que no alcanzan la media. En cuanto a las barreras, se observa que no consideran que exista una falta de compromiso del propietario y/o gerente, ni de las empresas-clientes, sin embargo, sí consideran barreras importantes la excesiva y compleja normativa y el grado de colaboración con agentes públicos y privados | es_VE |

| dc.description.abstract1 | This research analyzes the level of commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility of marine tourism companies. The drivers and barriers that facilitate or limit these companies' implementation of socially responsible actions are studied. A questionnaire was developed for the managers of the companies in the sector, and a structural equation model was designed. The results show a relatively high level of commitment to CSR. The drivers are above the average, except for the demand or pressure from client companies, social pressure cost reduction, and revenue growth, which do not reach the average. As for the barriers, it is observed that they do not consider that there is a lack of commitment from the owner and/or manager, nor from the client companies; however, they do consider the excessive and complex regulations and the degree of collaboration with public and private agents to be significant barriers | es_VE |
