| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo pretende una primera aproximación a un análisis y a la elaboración de un
diagnóstico a profundidad, acopiando la exposición de los aspectos que constituyen el mismo y de
los soportes teórico investigativos y Biblio Hemerográficos que pretenden fundamentarlo. Se
entienden entonces como la exposición de intenciones, límites y soportes que lo estructuran de
manera que su desarrollo y ejecución generen los datos y las proyecciones que los mismos
produzcan. Constituye en buena medida una propuesta investigativa utilizando el caso específico
de una herramienta para redimensionar la capacitación del docente de matemática en el segundo
ciclo del nivel preuniversitario, modalidad académica de la Regional 14 de la Republica
Dominicana. Recoge por otro lado las intenciones, programas y políticas que el Estado Dominicano
pretende y ha comenzado a ejecutar a fin de mejorar la calidad docente en matemáticas de la
educación pública dominicana en el área ya indicada. | es_VE |

understood then as the exposition of intentions, limits and supports that structure it in such a
way that its development and execution generate the data and the projections that they produce.
It largely constitutes a research proposal using the specific case of a tool to resize the
training of mathematics teachers in the second cycle of the pre-university level, academic
modality of Region 14 of the Dominican Republic. On the other hand, it collects the intentions,
programs and policies that the Dominican State intends and has begun to execute in order to
improve the teaching quality in mathematics of the Dominican public education in the already
