Abstract
Por la profunda complejidad que entraña la actual situación de Venezuela,
este trabajo no pretende la exposición de un análisis exhaustivo de las gravísimas
circunstancias en que se halla sumida la población venezolana, sino más bien documentar
y mostrar ciertos antecedentes políticos y legales que indudablemente
condujeron a ellas.
