| dc.description.abstract | En esta segunda entrega, abordaremos la dimensión artística que desplegó el gran dramaturgo y padre del teatro venezolano César Rengifo, a través del arte de componer
y representar obras dramáticas bajo la mirada del espectador, donde conjugó el impacto petrolero con el país y su gente, como fenómeno de estudio que incidió en la
vida; económica, política, social, psicológica y cultural del siglo XX venezolano. El impacto petrolero conlleva a Rengifo a escribir obras teatrales sobre tan
controversial y polémico tema como lo fue en su tiempo esta poderosísima sustancia oleaginosa, pegajosa, mal oliente y grasienta como lo es el petróleo, que hasta los
actuales momentos a creado extraordinarios beneficios de avance para el mundo, como lamentables sucesos que han desencadenado en; huelgas, guerras internacionales,
miseria, contaminación, división del trabajo, sobre explotación, golpes de estado, corrupción, saboteos, complot, y la confrontación interna en naciones. | es_VE |

| dc.description.abstract1 | In this second paper, we will highlight the artistic dimension displayed by César Rengifo, a great dramatist and father of the Venezuelan theater, through the art of
composing and representing dramatic plays under the watchful eye of the spectator as he conjugates the impact of the oil industry with the country and the people
considered as a phenomenon of study that affected the economic, political, social, psychological and cultural life of the Venezuelan of the 20th century. This impact
leads him to write plays about a controversial theme by referring this powerful, oily, sticky, smelly and greasy substance that, until now, has created benefits for
the world but it has also given rise to lamentable events as strikes, international wars, misery, pollution, labor divergences, overexploitation, coup d’états,
