Los aceites esenciales de las hojas frescas de Ruilopezia lindenii (Schultz-Bip. Ex Wedd.) Cuatrec
fueron obtenidos por hidrodestilación y su composición química fue determinada por CG y CG/EM. Los componentes mayoritarios para RL-A (2870 m) fueron: trans-cariofi leno (30,9 %), óxido de cariofi leno
(12,3 %), espatulenol (11,7 %) a-pineno (5,0 %) y AR-curcumeno (4,3 %) y para RL-B (3048 m): trans-cariofi leno (18,7 %), oxido de cariofi leno (8,9 %), espatulenol (13,5 %), silfi perfol-6-eno (11,2
%), a-pineno (4,5 %) y AR-curcumeno (6,4 %). Se reporta por primera vez en el género Ruilopezia la presencia de derivados del silfi perfol en RL-B. Las diferencias entre los constituyentes de ambos aceites, se atribuye al efecto de la altitud y condiciones climáticas donde se desarrollan las plantas.

Resumen en otro Idioma | The essential oils from the leaves of Ruilopezia lindenii (Schultz-Bip. Ex Wedd.) Cuatrec was obtained by hydrodistillation and its composition was determined by GC and GC/MS. The most abundant components were for RL-A (2870 m) : trans-caryophyllene (30.9 %), caryophyllene oxide (12.3 %), spathulenol (11.7 %) a-pinene (5.0 %) y AR-curcumene (4.3 %) and RL-B (3048 m): trans-caryophyllene (18.7%), caryophyllene oxide (8.9 %), spathulenol (13.5 %), silphiperfol-6-eno (11.2 %), a-pinene (4.5 %) y AR-curcumene (6.4 %). It is reported for the fi rst time in the genus Ruilopezia the presence of silfi perfol derivatives in R-LB. The differences between the constituents of both oils are attributed to the effect of altitude and climatic conditions where plants are grown. |
