| dc.description.abstract | La lectura del paisaje permite conocer la historia de quienes lo han habitado.
El paisaje es vida, pasada y presente, por ello además de encontrarse en
éste, espacio, encontramos tiempo y tecnologías. Esta investigación aporta nuevos elementos para comprender el paisaje, constituido por el habitar y las prácticas que en tiempos ancestrales ocurrieron en la isla de Cubagua. A través de la evidencia arqueológica discernimos destrezas y habilidades de los distintos grupos humanos que han poblado el medio insular, expresión a su vez de un paisaje macro regional, presente en el oriente de Sur América desde varios milenios atrás. | es_VE |

| dc.description.abstract1 | The reading of the landscape allows to know the history of those who
have inhabited it. The landscape is life, past and present, so in addition to
being in this, space, we find time and technologies. This research brings new
elements to understand the landscape, constituted by the habit and the practices
that in ancestral times occurred in the island of Cubagua. Through the archaeological evidence we discerned the skills and abilities of the different human groups that have populated the island environment, which in turn represents a macro regional landscape, present in the East of South America from several millennia ago. | es_VE |
