| dc.description.abstract | En la presente investigación se analizó las condiciones de trabajo en la
Ley Orgánica del Trabajo, los Trabajadores y las Trabajadoras del año
2012. La investigación es de tipo documental – analítica y descriptiva que
permitió aproximarse a la revisión de las innovaciones, incorporaciones y
modificaciones sustanciales realizados en el nuevo instrumento legal. Con la
presente investigación se pudo afirmar lo siguiente: a) La estructura normativa
de la Ley Orgánica del Trabajo, los Trabajadores y las Trabajadoras es similar a
la contenida en la Ley Orgánica del Trabajo; b)Las condiciones generales del
trabajo permiten establecer las reglas para la contratación del trabajador; c)

contained one in the “Ley Orgánica del Trabajo”; b) A protection to the health
of the worker exists; c) The general conditions of the work allow to establish the
