Venezuela.

Resumen en otro Idioma | In this article we analyze several Venezuelan Constitutions from the viewpoint of the moral principles—legality, separation of powers, human rights—that make up the Rule of Law. Starting from the fi rst Constitution on 1811 and the following, we can understand some characteristic features of our legal system, including the persistent divorce between constitutional rules and social reality throughout the political history of Venezuela. |
