Abstract
El presente artículo tiene por objetivo analizar los principales aspectos que deben considerarse al momento de iniciar cualquier relación jurídica, como por ejemplo fusiones, adquisiciones, alianzas estratégicas; y que envuelva la adquisición de bienes protegidos por derechos de Propiedad Intelectual, dada la naturaleza compleja y especial de estos derechos.
