| dc.description.abstract | En este texto se presenta un marco conceptual y metodológico diseñado para facilitar la
reflexión estratégica sobre la Ley Orgánica del Plan de la Patria de las 7 Grandes
Transformaciones 2025-2030. Este marco se basa en un ciclo de experimentación donde el Plan
se somete a una ecuación de transformación social sostenible. El proceso implica un ajuste
iterativo tanto de los elementos de la ecuación como de los prompts utilizados en las
consultas a la inteligencia artificial, con el fin de generar resultados relevantes para la
reflexión estratégica y conocimiento útil para la acción transformadora.
