dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación consiste en analizar el Fortaleciendo el clima organizacional desde la resiliencia como estrategia Pedagógica a través de identificar las características y los aspectos involucrados de la resiliencia, así como también se categorizaron los factores del clima organizacional. Como conclusión del mismo se espera que la elaboración de este artículo científico induzca a formar conciencia en la gerencia, docente y personal ambientalista para que incluyan en su día a día esta herramienta puesto que permita optimizar las funciones técnicas, administrativas, sociales, de asistencia, mediación y ámbitos de la supervisión escolar con el fin de perfeccionar su área de trabajo y así lograr una excelente operatividad laboral.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1This research consists of analyzing strengthening the organizational climate from resilience as a pedagogical strategy by identifying the characteristics and aspects involved in resilience as well as the factors of the organizational climate were categotised. As a conclusion, it is expected that the preparation of this scientific article will raise awareness among management, teachers and environmental staff so that they include this tool in their daily work since it allows them to optimize technical, administratives, social, assistance, mediation and areas of school supervision in order to perfect their work area and thus achieve excellent work operation.es_VE
