dc.description.abstractLa OPEP ha sido un actor importante desde la década 70s. Con sus reservas y capacidades de producción ha infl uenciado el mercado, alcanzando objetivos en benefi cio de sus miembros. Durante años pudo sola, luego acompañada de otros exportadores; modalidad continuada en el contexto de la pandemia. Es necesario preguntarse si su acción puede continuar exclusivamente en términos de acciones oferta-demanda cuando se plantean ideas sobre los constantes cambios en la escena energética internacional, y algunos de sus miembros, con base en ellas, elaboran nuevas y diversas estrategias. Se propone entonces profundizar en la comprensión de esos cambios explorando nuevos enfoqueses_VE

dc.description.abstract1OPEC has been a major player since the 1970s. With its reserves and production capacities it has infl uenced the market, achieving objectives to the benefi t of its members. For years it was able to do so alone, then accompanied by other exporters; a modality continued in the context of the pandemic. Th is research inquires if OPEC’s actions can continue exclusively in terms of supply-demand when ideas are raised about the constant changes in the international energy scene, and when some of its members elaborate new and diverse strategies. A deeper understanding of these changes is proposed by exploring new approaches.es_VE
