dc.description.abstractA partir de la revista humorística El Sádico Ilustrado (1978-1980) nos proponemos explorar los mecanismos estéticos que entretejen la configuración del quincenario dirigido por Pedro León Zapata, especialmente, aquellos inherentes a la caricatura. Abordar el tratamiento humorístico que escritores, periodistas, humoristas y artistas visuales otorgaron a las variadas secciones que conforman El Sádico Ilustrado, puede constituir un punto de partida para comprender mejor el humorismo gráfico en Venezuela. No en vano, y pese a su breve circulación, esta exuberante revista se erigió como un hito en el humor gráfico del país.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1From the humorous magazine El Sádico Ilustrado -1978-1980- I intend to explore the aesthetic mechanisms -plastic and literary that interweave the configuration of the biweekly directed by Pedro León Zapata. Addressing the humorous treatment that writers, journalists and visual artists gave to these phenomena in El Sádico Ilustrado can be a starting point to understand better graphic humor in Venezuela. Not in vain, and despite its brief circulation, this exuberant magazine became a milestone in the country's graphic humor.es_VE
