dc.description.abstractSe problematizan las categorías de individuo, ciudadano, familia y Estado en el contexto del mercado, a la luz de la dinámica reconfigurativa de la institución presupuestal. Para el efecto, 1) reflexiona sobre el ciudadano y su pertinencia sociológica, explicitando conexiones con la institución presupuestal, y 2) contextualiza y situa el sistema presupuestal entre los roles de ciudadano y el Estado.es_VE
