| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo analiza si las medidas autosatisfactivas agrarias cumplen
principios de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela (1999),
asimismo, se identifica si estas singulares medidas superan presupuestos
cautelares clásicos, siendo inevitable precisar desde estas decisiones
judiciales agrarias, la coherencia y la racionalidad jurídica con el fin de
procurar la justicia social en el campo, asegurando los intereses de los
postulantes o de una misma acción oficiosa del Juez o Jueza Agrario con base en
la Ley de Tierras y Desarrollo Agrario de 2010, cuya potestad en virtud de la
carga social concebida en el Derecho Agrario venezolano logra alcanzar
criterios de certeza, los cuales ajustan la seguridad jurídica del país. | es_VE |

| dc.description.abstract1 | This article analyzes whether selfsatisfying agrarian measures comply with
principles of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (1999)
likewise, it is identified if these singular measures exceed classic
precautionary budgets, being inevitable to specify from these agrarian judicial
decisions, the coherence and the legal rationality in order to seek social
justice in the field, ensuring the interests of the applicants or of the same
informal action of the Agrarian Judge based on the Law of Lands and Agrarian
Development of 2010, whose power by virtue of the social burden conceived in
Venezuelan Agrarian Law manages to achieve criteria of certainty, which adjust
