dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del trabajo es establecer el Conocimiento Pedagógico de Contenido que tiene y debe tener el profesor que desarrolla la investigación formativa para la enseñanza del derecho en el PFGEJ de la UBV Táchira, para ello se plantea como objetivos específicos: 1) Explicar cómo es la Enseñanza del Derecho desde la Investigación Formativa, 2) Definir el Conocimiento Pedagógico de Contenido, y 3) Determinar qué Conocimiento Pedagógico de Contenido tiene y debe tener el profesor que desarrolla la investigación formativa para enseñanza del derecho desde en el PFGEJ de la UBV Táchira. La investigación es de tipo cuali-cuantitativo, con diseño de tipo documental y de campo. Los resultados permiten identificar: 1.- Los fundamentos teóricos de: la Enseñanza del Derecho desde Investigación Formativa, el Conocimiento Pedagógico de Contenido, la Investigación Formativa para la Enseñanza del Derecho en el PFGEJ de la UBV y; 2.- Develar qué Conocimiento Pedagógico de Contenido tiene y debe tener el profesor que desarrolla la investigación formativa para enseñanza del derecho en el PFGEJ de la UBV Táchira.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1The objective of the work is to establish the Pedagogical Knowledge of Content that the professor who develops the formative research for the teaching of law in the PFGEJ of the UBV Táchira has and should have, for which it is proposed as specific objectives: 1) Explain how the Teaching of Law from Formative Research, 2) Defining the Pedagogical Knowledge of Content, and 3) Determining what Pedagogical Knowledge of Content has and should have the professor who develops the formative research for teaching law from the PFGEJ of the UBV Táchira. The research is of a qualitative and quantitative type, with a documentary and field design. The results allow to identify: 1.- The theoretical foundations of: the Teaching of Law from Formative Research, the Pedagogical Knowledge of Content, the Formative Research for the Teaching of Law in the PFGEJ of the UBV and; 2.- To reveal what Pedagogical Knowledge of Content the teacher who develops the formative research for teaching law in the PFGEJ of the UBV Táchira has and should have.es_VE
