dc.description.abstractEste artículo nos trae a colación una práctica ilegal e inaceptable en cualquier cultura y línea de tiempo, conocida mundialmente como “tortura” y condenada por toda la humanidad. Venda Sexy operó dentro de la dictadura del ex presidente Augusto Pinochet en detrimento de la ciudadanía Chilena. Las prácticas de una de las presidiarias más sangrientas y poco conocidas, su impunidad y la necesidad de justicia que claman las víctimas de esta casa del horror, observando cómo se repite en diferentes contextos la inoperancia y responsabilidad estatal ante estos delitos de lesa humanidad y atropellos a los derechos humanos.es_VE
