dc.description.abstractA partir de la reseña de dos asuntos: el primero sobre las marcas de fuego y el segundo sobre las denominaciones geográficas para la distinción de los productos locales con historia y tradición, se aspira poner en contexto e ilustrar a los lectores sobre cómo, a lo largo de la historia, la protección de las tradiciones y cultura vienen acompañadas necesariamente de elementos y figuras jurídicas que hoy en día se encuentran recogidas por los derechos intelectuales, por lo que la relación entre la historia, la tradición cultural y los derechos intelectuales es una realidad. La importancia que en la actual Sociedad del Conocimiento se ha ganado el reconocimiento, la protección y el respeto de los derechos intelectuales en general y el derecho de autor en particular, justifican que se aborde el tema de la historia y la tradición vinculándolo con los derechos intelectuales, dirigido a un auditorio que concentra a académicos e intelectuales de las distintas áreas del conocimiento.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1From the review of two issues: the first on the marks of fire and the second on the geographical denominations for the distinction of the local products with history and tradition, it is aspired to put in context and illustrate the readers about how, as throughout history, the protection of traditions and culture are necessarily accompanied by elements and juridical figures that are now included in intellectual rights, so that the relationship between history, cultural tradition and intellectual rights is a reality. The importance that the current Society of Knowledge has gained recognition, protection and respect for intellectual rights in general, and copyright in particular, justifies addressing the theme of history and tradition by linking it with Intellectual rights, addressed to an audience that concentrates academics and intellectuals from different areas of knowledge.es_VE
