dc.description.abstractLa materia ambiental, agraria y alimentaria adquiere rango de Constitucional en la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela de 1999. Por eso, la Ley de Tierras y Desarrollo Agrario (2001) y sus reformas parciales de 2005 y 2010, confiere la facultad y obligación a los Jueces agrarios para la consecución del desarrollo rural integral de la Republica. Así en su artículo 196 le permite cautelar de oficio y sin existencia de un juicio previo los bienes jurídicos, agrarios, ambientales y alimentario que forman nuestro patrimonio natural y productivo.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1The environmental, agrarian and alimentary matter acquires Constitutional rank in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela of 1999. For that reason, the Ley de Tierras y Desarrollo Agrario (2001) and its partial reforms of 2005 and 2010, confers the faculty and obligation to Agrarian Judges for achievement of the integral rural development of the Republic. Thus, in its article 196 it allows it to protect, ex officio and without the existence of a prior trial, the juridical, agrarian, environmental and alimentary rights that form our natural and productive patrimony.es_VE
