| dc.description.abstract | El petróleo pudiese presentarse como un sinónimo de progreso y transformación, sin embargo, ha costado dominar al minotauro en Venezuela, los planteamientos que proponen su uso efectivo y la inversión de la renta generada tras su explotación han sido variados. Manuel R. Egaña, despunta entre quienes se atrevieron a presentar su visión en torno a la materia, el otrora ministro de fomento, logró estructurar un breve proyecto nacional, sustentado en la óptima utilización de la renta petrolera, la presenta investigación procura la revisión de aquellos lineamientos expuestos en el ambicioso deseo de convertir a Venezuela en una república planificada. | es_VE |
