| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se basa en la investigación y el análisis de las disposiciones legales contenidas en las leyes venezolanas acerca de la interposición del recurso contencioso tributario, explicando detalladamente cuando procede el mismo, las formalidades, los efectos y la manera de cómo debe hacerse la interposición, exponiendo los diferentes escenarios que se presentan con la referida acción. Aportando de esta manera la información necesaria para dar a conocer cómo deben ser promovidas las pruebas y la importancia de estas al momento de interponer el recurso contencioso tributario.
