dc.description.abstractSe describe un caso de paciente de 19 años, quien a las 34 semanas presentó hipertensión, edema pre-tibial y proteinuria, por lo cual se le diagnóstico preeclampsia leve. Posterior a la realización de cesárea por alteraciones en la frecuencia cardiaca fetal, la paciente desarrolla síndrome de HELLP con posterior infarto cerebeloso masivo y muerte de la paciente.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1A 19 year-old patient´s case is described, she presented hypertension, pre-tibial edema and proteinuria at 34 weeks of gestation, and was diagnosed as mild preeclampsia. She underwent a cesarean section due to alterations in fetal cardiac frequency, the patient developed HELLP syndrome with posterior cerebellar infarction and death.es_VE
