dc.description.abstractEs un hecho que la institución universitaria ha sido impactada por el flujo desbordante de información/datos existentes en la red: la investigación estudiantil y universitaria en general, no es ajena a todos estos nuevos retos. Ante este panorama, Plagio y autorías ficticias como conductas antiéticas producidas con ocasión de las actividades universitarias con incidencia en los derechos intelectuales, son los aspectos abordados en este estudio que comprende la revisión y análisis de las investigaciones existentes sobre la problemática del plagio producido en el ámbito universitario, para luego relacionarlo con el contenido del Derecho de Autor y algunas limitaciones al ejercicio de los derechos patrimoniales, para finalmente definir el plagio y las autorías ficticias como prácticas anti-universitarias.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1It is a fact that the university has been impacted by the overwhelming flow of information / data in the network: the student and university research in general, is no stranger to these new challenges. Against this background, Plagiarism and fictitious authorship as unethical conduct produced during university activities have an impact on intellectual property rights, are the issues addressed in this study includes the review and analysis of existing research on the problem of plagiarism occurred in the university, then relate it to the content of copyright and certain limitations on the exercise of economic rights, to finally define plagiarism and fictitious authorship as anti-university practice.es_VE
