Intenta demostrar que no son coherentes con su teoría positivista del Derecho, y que la ambigua distinción entre el Derecho tal como realmente es y el Derecho tal como debería ser, a la que Hart podría acogerse, no logra justifi car esa incoherencia.es_VE
