dc.description.abstractLa implantación del componente físico como base para establecer un sistema rural catastral en el Municipio Rangel estado Mérida, se centró principalmente en el ámbito de las cinco parroquias que conforman el Municipio Rangel, para sucesivamente culminar con la parroquia capital Mucuchíes y la aldea Misintá, definida como un Subsector Catastral Rural. Se aplicó intensamente la interpretación de imágenes, el levantamiento de campo y el geoposicionamiento global, a objeto de mejorar la base cartográfica existente a escala 1/25.000. En cuanto a la codificación catastral se siguió la normativa legal vigente del Instituto Geográfico de Venezuela Simón Bolívar (IGVSB), sin embargo, para recabar datos acordes con la realidad agrosocioeconómica fue necesario modificar la ficha catastral, propuesta principalmente a un diseño y concepción con un enfoque urbano. Finalmente con esta investigación se abordó una experiencia altamente interesante en cuanto al catastro rural municipal en Venezuela.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1The introduction of the physical component, as a basis for the installation of a cadastre rural system in the Rangel Municipality, Mérida state, was centered mainly on the five parish environment conforming the Rangel Municipality, to successively culminate in Mucuchíes, the parish capital and the village named Misintá, as a Rural Cadastral Subsector. The image interpretation, the field survey and the global geopositioning system were applied with the aim of improving the existing cartographic base to 1: 25.000 scale. Regarding cadastral coding, the Instituto Geográfico Venezolano Simón Bolívar (IGVSB) current rules were followed, however, to obtain data according to the agrosocioeconomic reality, it was necessary to modify the cadastral card, mainly proposed to a design and conception with an urban approach. Finally, this research was a very interesting experience regarding the municipal rural cadastre in Venezuela.es_VE
