| dc.description.abstract | Las dificultades de financiación que
arrastran las sociedades cooperativas
han supuesto la proliferación de
distintos instrumentos financieros
que pretenden facilitar la captación
de capitales, al mismo tiempo, se ha
generalizado recurrir a la aportación
de capital social por parte de socios
inversores externos. Esta última es
una práctica extendida en la mayor
parte de los Países de la Unión
Europea que atenúa el carácter
personalista y ha sido considerado
como un factor que provoca la
descooperativización de estas
entidades. Este proceso se ha visto
reforzado con la promulgación del
Estatuto de la Sociedad Cooperativa
Europea (SCE), que evita la alusión
a los Principios Cooperativos
enunciados por la Alianza Cooperativa
Internacional e incluso entra
en contradicción con alguno de ellos

cooperative societies drag have
supposed the proliferation of different
financial instruments which try to
facilitate the capital reception, at the
same time, it has been generalized
to resort to the contribution of social
capital on the part of investing
external partners. The last one is
a practice extended in most of the
Countries of the European Union that
attenuates the selfish character and
has been considered to be a factor
that generates the non cooperative
work of these entities. This process
has turned out to be reinforced with
the promulgation of the Statute of
the Cooperative European Society
(SCE), which avoids the allusion to the
Cooperative Beginning enunciated by
the Cooperative International Alliance
and it even enters in contradiction
with some of them as it is analyzed in
