Résumé
Con el objetivo de facilitar el manejo de la documentación, inventarios y facturación de las semillas que distribuyen los Bancos de Semillas Forestales Miembros de La Red Regional de Semillas Forestales para Centroamérica y el Caribe (REMSEFOR), el BSF del CATIE con apoyo de financiero de Proyecto de Semillas Forestales (PROSEFOR), concluyó la Versión 1.0 del Sistema de Inventarios y Facturación para Bancos semillas Forestales”. Este software, desarrollado en Fox Pro es muy amigable y cuenta con las siguientes ventanas: a) Descripción de Fuentes Semilleras; con los datos biofísicos para la información de origen y rendimientos de recolección, b)Inventario de Semillas; con el control de las existencias por lotes de semillas; c) Análisis de Laboratorio; para incluir la información de calidad física (pureza, germinación, etc) de cada lote de semillas, d) Proformas y Facturación para imprimir facturas y manejar la información de clientes y e) Reportes; para imprimir la documentación de las semillas, reportes de existencias, ventas, clientes y demanda insatisfecha, entre otras.
En este artículo se presentará un resumen del manual del usuario del sistema, el cuál es una Versión Beta que el BSF del CATIE pone a disposición de los bancos de semillas forestales de la región. De esta forma el CATIE a través de su Banco de Semillas Forestales (BSF) continúa “fortaleciendo los programas de semillas forestales de la Región”

In this article a summary of the manual of the user of the system will be presented which is a Versión Beta that the BSF of the CATIE becomes available to the banks of forest seeds of the region. This way, the CATIE, through their Bank of Forest Seeds (BSF), continues to "strengthen the programs of forest seeds of the Region". |
