La comunicación como interfaz. Una mirada al nuevo contexto comunicativo.

Résumé
Los avances tecnológicos han cambiado drásticamente el contexto comunicativo actual. Por lo
tanto, necesitamos nuevas perspectivas que permitan comprender la complejidad de la comunicación,
del entramado de relaciones que se construyen en medio de ella y las nuevas subjetividades que se
configuran. En este sentido, esta investigación parte del concepto de interfaz y de las leyes de
la interfaz propuestas por Scolari (2018; 2019; 2020) para definir a la comunicación. En
consecuencia, el estudio utiliza la técnica de investigación documental y concluye, entre otros
aspectos: La interfaz-comunicación es una red de actores humanos y tecnológicos que intercambian
información, generando relaciones y dando forma a los procesos que les permiten participar en la
construcción de conocimiento y de sentido. De igual manera que, al entender y estudiar a la
comunicación como interfaz, es posible hacer un recorrido a través de diversos aspectos que dejan
ver la complejidad de la comunicación en el nuevo contexto tecnológico.

| Resumen en otro Idioma | Technological advances have drastically changed the current communicative context. Therefore, we need new perspectives that allow us to understand the complexity of communication, the web of relationships that are built in the midst of it, and the new subjectivities that are configured. In this sense, this research starts from the concept of interface and the interface laws proposed by Scolari (2018; 2019; 2020) to define communication. Consequently, the study uses the documentary research technique and concludes, among other aspects: The communication-interface is a network of human and technological actors who exchange information, generating relationships and shaping processes that allow them to participate in the construction of knowledge and meaning. Likewise, by understanding and studying communication as an interface, it is possible to take a trip around various aspects that reveal the complexity of communication in the new technological context. |
