dc.description.abstractLa estrategia china en Latinoamérica y el Caribe comprende una importante expansión de su comercio, el auxilio financiero a gobiernos en dificultades, la construcción de enormes proyectos de infraestructura, el afianzamiento de los lazos militares y la recepción de recursos naturales que le son de provecho. Así mismo, los intereses de China en este sentido compiten con los de otros actores como la Unión Europea o EEUU, que van perdiendo posiciones, así como con el posicionamiento estratégico de algunos países de la región de América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) en relación a las grandes potencias.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1The Chinese strategy in Latin America and the Caribbean includes an important expansion of its trade, financial assistance to governments in difficulties, the construction of huge infrastructure projects, the strengthening of military ties and the reception of natural resources that are beneficial for the country’s economy . Likewise, China's interests in this regard compete with those of other actors such as the European Union or the US, which are losing positions, as well as the strategic positioning of some countries in the Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) region in relation to the great powers.es_VE
