| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación es importante, puesto que le permite a la Alcaldía del
Municipio Tovar del Estado Mérida tener una visión de lo relevante y necesario
que es implementar un Gobierno Electrónico específicamente en materia de
seguridad en este municipio, siendo fundamental integrar al individuo a la
utilización de la tecnología y así entender los mecanismos que se manejan dentro del e-gobierno. Dado el espacio virtual de comunicación entre el gobierno ciudadano se fortalecerá la democracia participativa y la transparencia de las
acciones del gobierno local, dando cabida al sujeto a intervenir activamente a los
servicios públicos, con más información a cualquier hora. Aunque es un tema
planteado hace muchos años, la ciudadanía no tiene noción del mismo, ni de su
vinculación con las TIC (Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación). | es_VE |
