Se determinaron niveles de estrés y síndrome de Burnout en Contadores Públicos
Colombianos y su relación con variables sociodemográficas y ocupacionales
mediante pruebas de independencia chi cuadrado; las dimensiones del
Burnout se observaron desde sus componentes, determinando características
de la población. Se realizó un estudio transversal, a 872 Contadores Públicos,
utilizando el "Maslach Burnout Inventory" y el cuestionario para evaluación
del estrés del Ministerio de Salud y la protección social, la confiabilidad de los
instrumentos (Alfa de Cronbach) fueron de 0.876 y 0.926 respectivamente. Se
halló que 59.4%, tiene nivel alto de Burnout y 40.3% tiene nivel medio. 61.8%,
tiene un nivel de estrés muy alto, 17.1% tiene un nivel alto y 47% mostró un
nivel alto de Burnout y un nivel muy alto de estrés. Se evidenció alto riesgo
psicosocial según la normativa del Ministerio de Salud y se encontraron
características workaholicas y de engagement en la población.

Resumen en otro Idioma | In this article were determined stress levels and Burnout Syndrome in Colombian public accountants and its relationship to social-demographic and occupational variables using chi-square tests of independence; the Burnout Syndrome dimensions were observed from its components, determined by the characteristics of the population. It was made a transversal study to 872 public accountants, using the "MaslachBurnoutInventory" and the stress evaluation questionnaire made by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection , the reliability of the tests (alfa de cronbach) were 0,876 and 0,926. It was found that 59,4% of accountants have a high level of Burnout Syndrome and 40,3% have a medium level. Otherwise, 61,8% have a high stress level, 17,1% have a high level , and 47% have a high level of Burnout Syndrome and a high stress level. It was shown a high psychosocial risk, according to the Ministry of Health, and it was found “workaholic” characteristics in the population. |
