Abstract
En el presente artículo abordamos la temática referida al ambiente y el desarrollo sustentable como categorías y procesos claves dentro de la globalización, contemplados dentro de legislaciones internacionales, nacionales, protocolos y acuerdos con el fin de proteger al ambiente, hábitat, y promover un desarrollo sustentable. Finalmente abordamos el marco jurídico y constitucional venezolano en relación al ambiente y el desarrollo sustentable.
