Las estrategias, acciones y políticas
implementadas con la finalidad de
materializar los objetivos del Programa
de Empresas de Producción Social
(EPS), en el estado Sucre, fueron
revisados con aplicación de un
instrumento. Las estrategias implantadas
en la promoción se compararon con
la gestión cooperativa autogestionaria.
Se encontró que se organizaron las EPS
con base al perfil de los potenciales
asociados de las Cooperativas y no
sobre las reales necesidades de
procura de la Industria petrolera regional,
y no existe voluntad política ni cultura corporativa
que facilite, por vía de
contrataciones y financiamientos, la
estrategia de inserción del conjunto de
procesos de construcción social que se
ha intentado vincular con la empresa
Estatal de Venezuela PDVSA.

Resumen en otro Idioma | The Determinants of Program Social Production Enterprise (SPC) are the strategies, actionsand policies implemented in order to realize the objectives of Program Social Production Enterprises in Sucre state. These issues were reviewed in detail by applying a tool that facilitatesanalysis of data to develop performance SPC promotion program in Sucre state. The objective was to evaluate the strategies implemented in the promotion and co-operative management compared with selfadministration. No doubt that EPS were organized based on the profile of potentialmembers of cooperatives and not on the real needs in pursuit of regional oil industry, and there is political will and corporate culture to provide, by way of contracts and financing, with the insertion of the whole process of social construction that has tried to link with the Venezuelan State owned oil firm PDVSA. |
