diversa, bailes y juegos primordialmente.
recientes.

Resumen en otro Idioma | In the lines that come in a row, the reader will find some news about precautions taken by the authorities of the Province of Caracas against the realization of different kinds of entertainment, dancing and games primarily. Similarly, some insights are offered about several episodes of this nature that were aired in the presence of the civil and ecclesiastical authorities in the mentioned period. The aim is to rescue for posterity a fresh look on the daily life of colonial society, hitherto little worked in their primary sources, because their characters are not among the main actors of the events mostly studied of that time. Perhaps these statements help to provide a more complete picture of society that would serve as a gateway to the events of Independence, as visited by historians and fans in recent days. |
