Abstract
La investigación se apoya en estrategias dirigidas a Lácteos Santa Bárbara,
San Cristóbal, para desarrollar el RRHH a través del Empowerment: Metodología
sustentada en enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental de campo, nivel
descriptivo bajo modalidad de proyecto factible. Utiliza como muestra: Censo:
población de 20 trabajadores, cuestionario, sometido a validación y confiabilidad.
Interpretados los resultados, se evidenció la capacitación ocasional, limitando
la incorporación de motivación hacia el cambio, no aceptando las nuevas
tendencias del manejo del RRHH, adolece de programas, formación de
talentos; permite elaboración de propuesta relacionada con diseño de estrategias
a desarrollar del RRHH, motivando y fortaleciendo la organización.

| Resumen en otro Idioma | This research is based on strategies pointed at “Lacteos Santa Barbara” in San Cristobal, in order to develop the HR through empowerment. The methodology was supported on the quantitative approach, field non-experimental design, low descriptive level, under a feasible project variety; using as a sample, a population of twenty (20) workers with a questionnaire submitted to validation and reliability. When the results were interpreted, it was demonstrated the occasional training. This limits the inclusion of motivation through the change. It doesn't accept the new approaches of HR training. It also lacks of programs, preparation of talents. This research allows the elaboration of a proposal, related to the design of strategies to be developed with the HR; motivating and strengthening the organization. |
