Producto de la globalización y las subsecuentes oportunidades de negocios, se han establecido diversidad de pequeñas y medianas empresas (pyme's).
Actualmente, estas entidades se desenvuelven en un ambiente caracterizado por la presencia de las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC's). Se
realizó una investigación, donde se seleccionaron en forma intencional seis organizaciones del Municipio San Cristóbal del Estado Táchira y se observó que
estas organizaciones deben destinar mayor inversión en talento humano, buscar la automatización de todos y cada uno de sus procesos, tanto los productivos
como los administrativos y comprender que el internet una oportunidad innegable de incursionar en nuevos mercados, físicos o virtuales. Deben estar atentas
a los cambios y tener la capacidad de adaptarse. La complejidad según Morín (2003) son procesos inacabados y no siempre la realidad es lo que parece, por
tanto, gerenciar en este contexto no es tarea fácil, sin embargo, se presentan grandes oportunidades de negocio donde el área de influencia en el planeta.

Currently, these entities operate in an environment characterized by the presence of information and communication technologies (ICTs). An investigation was conducted, which intentionally selected six organizations in the municipality of San Cristobal Tachira State and found that these organizations should allocate more investment in human talent, go to the automation of each and every one of its processes, production and administrative and understand that the Internet is an undeniable opportunity to enter new markets, physical or virtual. They must be alert to changes and be able to adapt. The complexity as Morin (2003) are completed and processes are not always the reality is what it seems, therefore, managing in this context is not easy, however, presents great business opportunities where the catchment area on the planet. |
