La interesante figura de las sociedades laborales
Abstract
Este papel de trabajo relaciona un tipo de sociedad de importante acogida en España donde ha resultado un eficaz mecanismo para la creación de trabajo estable. Ha tenido repercusiones legislativas en Argentina, Colombia y Costa Rica. Se trata de una sociedad que pudiésemos decir –híbrida- entre la sociedad mercantil y la cooperativa de trabajo asociado que logra -de cierta manera- conjugar los intereses del capital y del trabajo en una misma empresa.
