Resumen
El propósito de esta investigación estuvo dirigido a comprender la actitud de los docentes de Educación Básica frente al manejo de la Ley Orgánica Para la protección del Niño, Niña y Adolescente (LOPNA) en el contexto rural. Se optó por la tradición cualitativa, con el uso del Método Etnográfico en su versión estudio focal (Morse,2003) y la técnica de análisis sugerida por Strauss y Corbin (2002). Se consideraron nueve docentes como informantes clave, quienes fueron observados y entrevistados. Los datos obtenidos se categorizaron y triangularon derivando en un constructo teórico sobre la actitud del docente ante la LOPNA. Los hallazgos muestran un docente atemorizado, con sensación de amenaza, pérdida de la autoridad, quien cree que la ley concede un poder negativo a los alumnos y representantes sobre él y la institución. Por lo tanto, se debe partir de una necesaria transformación de la acción de esta ley fundamentada en el conocimiento de la misma para lo cual debe ser divulgada.

| Resumen en otro Idioma | The intention of this investigation was directed to include/understand the attitude of educational of Basic Education the front to the handling of the Statutory law For the protection of the Boy, Girl and Adolescent (LOPNA) in the rural context. It was decided on the qualitative tradition, with the use of the Ethnographic Method in his version focal study (Morse, 2003) and the technique of analysis suggested by Strauss and Corbin (2002). Educational ones like informants were considered nine nails, who were observed and interviewed. The data obtained they were categorizer and they triangular on deriving in constructo theoretical on the attitude from the educational one before the LOPNA. The findings show an educational one frightened, with sensation of threat, loss of the authority, that thinks that the law it grants a negative power to the students and representatives on him and the institution. Therefore, one is due to start off of a necessary transformation of the action of this law based on the knowledge of the same one for which it must be disclosed. |
