(Oldenhof, M. y Mendoza, Claudio) Resumen La interfaz web del programa de estructura atómica AUTOSTRUCTURE ha sido integrada al portal grid GENIUS, lo que facilita su uso en ambientes grid de computación distribuida. También establece una metodología general para adaptar programas de computación científica de alto rendimiento a la nueva e-infraestructura. Web interface integration with the GENIUS grid portal. (Oldenhof, M. y Mendoza, Claudio) Abstract The web-based interface of the atomic structure code AUTOSTRUCTURE has been integrated to the GENIUS grid portal, which facilitates its use in distributed grid environments. It also establishes a general methodology for adapting high-performance scientific computing codes to the new einfrastructure.
