dc.description.abstractLa Cooperación Sur - Sur ha dejado de ser una opción en la política internacional de los países de América Latina, Asia y África y se ha convertido en una herramienta obligatoria para su posicionamiento en el Sistema Internacional. No obstante, la aplicación práctica del concepto es el mayor obstáculo que se presenta en la actualidad para el desarrollo de este tipo de diálogo, y frente a lo anterior, América Latina y África han respondido con la formación de nuevos foros que deben sobreponerse a una serie de retos signifi cativos para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos y así, consolidar el futuro de la Cooperación Sur – Sur.es_VE
